Joseph F. Fenton is an Associate Attorney at Campbell Green LLP, in Oakland, California, where he represents clients in probate and trust administration and litigation, protected proceedings, and elder law. Joseph grew up in Sacramento, served a four year tour in the Army, completed his undergraduate degree at U.C. Davis, earning a BA in History with honors, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law.

He is admitted to practice law in the state of California and in the federal courts of the Northern District of California. Joseph is a retired AAA adjuster (California State Automobile Association) and the past head of security for Burning Man. Joseph is a California Department of Justice Certified Firearms Safety Instructor and serves as the Judge Advocate for the California American Legion, District 10 (Alameda County). He is a member of the National Lawyers Guild, and the East Bay Trust and Estates Lawyers (EBTEL).
